Session dates: May 7-21, 4:15-6:15 pm. Each session consists of 2 hr lesson for 3 weeks. Howdy pardners! Have you ever wondered what it is like to live the life of a cowgirl or cowboy? Horseplay Western Days focuses on the roles horses played in the every day life in Colorado during the 1800s, from trail work to fun gymkhana events. Riders will learn about safety techniques and different types of tack needed for trail riding and then go on a fun trail ride. They will also find out about and practice different gymkhana events, like barrel racing. Ages 8-16.
